INCLUSIONS

WASHROOM
• Washroom is vacuumed completely. i.e. wall, ceiling, floor, cupboards etc.
• Countertops dusted/vacuumed and wiped.
• Cabinet faces dusted/vacuumed and wiped (Wardrobe is not part of this item).
• Cabinet items removed and re arranged. 
• Sink and faucets cleaned & sparkled.
• Window sills, & Windows cleaned.
• Hard surface floors mopped.
• Walls and ceiling mopped.

• Areas not mentioned specifically under “inclusions” are not part of service, unless explicitly mentioned otherwise in Job Order.
• Window / Glass are cleaned from outside only if there is a balcony etc for a person to stand and work safely.
• Any mark or stains on walls, etc are not removed unless they can be removed by the relevant surface cleaning solutions.
• Machine based floor scrubbing and polishing is different service and not included under this service.
• Heavy furniture are not moved.
• Painted/cement walls are dusted and not scrubbed or washed with water
• Any item / area which is not safe to clean or could lead to damage will not be cleaned.
• Any items covered with a lid will not be cleaned from inside i.e. their lid will not be removed.
• Drainage repair and plumbing are different jobs and not part of this service.
