• Window / Glass are cleaned from outside only if there is a balcony etc for a person to stand and work safely.
• Any mark or stains on walls, etc are not removed unless they can be removed by the relevant surface cleaning solutions.
• Machine based floor scrubbing and polishing are different services and not included under this service.
• Heavy furniture not moved.
• Painted/cement walls are dusted and not scrubbed or washed with water
• Upholstery cleaning is different service and not part of this service.
• Bedroom wardrobes are not cleaned from inside, neither their items are taken out.
• Any item / area which is not safe to clean or could lead to damage will not be cleaned.
• Any items covered with a lid will not be cleaned from inside i.e. their lid will not be removed.
• Kitchen electronic appliances (except microwave) are not cleaned from the inside.
• Removing crockery and other fragile items in Kitchen or elsewhere will not be done.
• Lights/Lamp cover will be cleaned from inside as much is possible without removing the cover.
